Normally, I do not review dealerships, because well... Most of them aren't very good. That is not the case with Mazda of Bedford. I made an inquiry online in early May about a phenominal deal they were running on the left over new 2018 Mazda3's and almost immediately I was called and emailed by Mike Kertis. I showed up randomly after work one day to peak at the car I inquired about, and unfortunately Mike was not there, but Mark Rice stepped up and took care of me. This was in early May.
Mark is very kind, and professional and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about Mazdas. I never drove a Mazda (of any model) prior to my test drive of the 2018 Mazda3 with Mark, but between the car and Mark's knowledge I was sold. I wanted the car, badly. I was a bit upside down in the car I traded in due to my own stupidity of buying a car that depreciated way faster than I could pay it down, and Manager Scott stepped up and helped me as much as he could, getting me to a comfortable area where I could trade it in. Between some money down on my part, Scott's help, and Ray Cieslak hunting for the best finance option, I was able to secure the car at a payment I was happy with, on a car I was 10x happier with than my previous.
I picked up the car on a different day. That's when I met Mike Kertis. Mike was so friendly and told me even MORE about the car that I didn't know. He also delivered it to me, and I've never experienced a delivery quite like this one. It was detailed to the hilt, pulled inside with a sold sign on it, and Mike helped me download the My Mazda app, taught me how to use it, paired my phone with the car, and again taught me more about the car.
Last but not least, I got my first service today at Mazda of Bedford and met Milo Milosevic. Milo knew my name as soon as I walked in and told me all that they were going to do. He provided me with a rebate form to get 15$ off my next oil change, and gave me a bag of snacks to eat while I waited. The service waiting room had delicious coffee with "all the fixens" and water and soda. The oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner, they washed my car, and much to my surprise gave me $25 off my bill for my first service.
I'm so amazed at this dealerships effort to go above and beyond for their customers. I will NEVER step foot on another Mazda lot as long as I live in North East Ohio. They have earned my recommendation, and my repeated business.
