Friendly service and the oil change was reasonable price ($110). I had an appointment at 11:30, brought car at 11:15 and still waited two hours for an oil change. Fortunately the waiting area was very comfortable but I still would have appreciated a faster turn around. Was it because the technicians were on lunch? Honestly if I was told that I wouldn’t have minded the wait. I did really appreciate the video I was sent about my vehicle. Parts salesman was friendly and I enjoyed talking about our Mazdas. $50 for an oem cabin air filter is a little pricey, thankfully the part was in stock and I could put it on my self. I also asked for my tires to be rotated but I don’t think that was done. My front passenger side wheel was scratched (not by the dealer, by me) and the same scratched wheel was still on the front passenger side. More

First time using this service center and I was very impressed by the professional atmosphere. The employees were very helpful and I even got a video walkthrough of the undercarriage and anything that m impressed by the professional atmosphere.
