It was storming when we arrived and he did everything he could to make sure the rain did not damper my experience in any way. The entire experience was fantastic, from the informative test drive (and it was like no test drive I have experienced before) to the financial discussions, to driving off the lot and the checking in with me to ensure all of my questions are answered. Having said that, my wife and I had pretty much completed our research and narrowed our choices to two vehicles. We went to Tyrone Mazda to test drive one our choices, a CX-5, preferably used. After describing our preferences in a vehicle, our salesperson, Dariusz Chrzanowski, asked us to take a look at a used vehicle that had come in the night before. We did, we loved it, we bought it. Dariusz had really listened to us and was able to zero right in on the right vehicle. Between Dariusz and Joe Pillucere, the procedure was as painless as possible. I might add that I had previously obtained two other vehicles from Tyrone Mazda, with similar experiences. Dariusz was recommended to us by a friend who recently purchased a vehicle there and I, too, would highly recommend him to anyone. More

I guess for customers who are in sales this may not seem like a big deal. Those of us who are not, it feels very bad to know that you have been ripped off and can't trust Tyrone Mazda to charge you what they originally committed to. I immediately filled out survey with specific complaints, no one ever got back to me, called 2 times no one ever got back to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I've driven Subaru's for years, thought I would try aMazda, car is great but not the dealer. Will not be a repeat customer, not even for oil changes. More

I had tried to get my car in to get fixed and I was going to have to wait a week or more. I had a tire that wasn't holding the air pressure, blue tooth not working and smart brakes not working. I ended up having to take it to another dealership which was not convenient. More

When I chose Tyrone Square Mazda and go there, no hidden fee was charged (exactly the same as negotiated price). David Clothier kept his promise. Moreover, Ricky Spears, who showed and let us test drive on the new car, was very patient and explained about the car when we asked, even after we signed and paid money. Any extended warranty or service sale were explained there but no force was felt. We felt no stress to buy this new car. More

First, I have purchased several vehicles from Tyrone Mazda in the past and was very happy, however the salesman we used in the past no longer worked there. After spending nearly an hour dealing with Jason, it was evident that this dealership could care less if they sold us a car. He kept coming back with the same deal, only he would re-order the numbers. The dealership never cam off MSRP and was not making a fair offer on my trade, one of the Mazda's I previously bought from them. When we got up to leave they of course tried to get us to stay, a person who refused to identify himself, and went as far as to remove his name tag, began interrupting me or just talking over me. I asked he several time to not interrupt, and when he refused I asked who he was... His response was " I do not work here" and walked away, only to come back and threaten the receptionist with termination if she told us his name. So I took one of every business card and his photo with my phone. I asked the receptionist when the owner would be in, so I could file a complaint about this employee who refused to ID himself, the employee in question asked it I " wanted to go outside and settle this like men!" I left and looked him up on the employee section of the website. He was the sales manager, Seth Brodsky. I suspect they felt threatened by consumers who have done their research, brought the research materiel and were able to refute every sales misdirection(lie) they were telling to make a sale. I left, called another dealer, and ended up buying from them that same night, reaching a far better deal on the exact same vehicle.That dealer bent over back wards to give us a great buying experience (and lots of swag -tshirts, water bottles, ect) I was shocked to learn that there was another couple there who left Tyrone Mazda for being treated poorly the day before and was buying from the other dealer as well. More

Not only did I get a 'smokin' hot deal for the synthetic oil change I needed, but I got to observe what makes your dealership so successful. Most businesses who offer oil changes come at you with a clip board trying to scare you with additional repairs and services you don't need". The feeling is, they think you have the word, "Stupid', across your face. Then, they present you with a bill far above what you anticipated. Tyrone Mazda's service manager treated me with respect and did just what I asked for, AND threw in a car wash. I'm coming back in 3,000 miles. More

I found the reviews somewhat reassuring in that I am not alone in my complaints. I have taken my 2001 Miata to Tyrone Mazda for service for the past 12 years and now am at a loss as to what to do. My car ha alone in my complaints. I have taken my 2001 Miata to Tyrone Mazda for service for the past 12 years and now am at a loss as to what to do. My car has an intermittent starting problem which they have not been able to repair. While I can accept this, I am upset about several things. First of all, when the car first failed to start it was taken to a AAA repair shop and the ignition wiring and spark plugs were replaced. That did not solve the problem so I took it to Tyrone 4 weeks later. In spite of being advised of the previous work, they repeated it and charged me again for duplicate work. They did perform $1500 worth of work however that failed to solve the problem and the car periodically will not stop. So I made an appointment to bring the car in on a Thursday morning. I told them I could leave the car until the following day. In spite of having scheduled the appointment in the morning, they did not look at the car until the following day when I was scheduled to pick it up. I called to check on the progress, and was told I would receive a call back an hour later. No call. I did not receive any explanation as to why the did not look at the car the day of the appointment. All they could say was they were unable to identify the problem. I am out $1500. The car will not start. But my main complaint is the bill for duplicate unneeded work and the failure to bother even looking at the car on the day of the appointment. This lack of consideration towards a patron of 12 years indicates that good service is not a priority. Unfortunately I clearly will have to buy a new car. I strongly recommend Miatas but obviously can't purchase a new one unless I can locate a responsible service department. More
