I had issues with maintenance service when I brought my car in for an oil pan change. While they were supposedly fixing this issue some bolts were taken out and not replaced. When I found out about the scr car in for an oil pan change. While they were supposedly fixing this issue some bolts were taken out and not replaced. When I found out about the screws I took the car back and they swore they did not remove the bolts but could not offer a video of the work being done. I then stated to them if the screws were missing and you seen the problem why did you not inform me before completing the work. They had no answers and state that I would have to repay for the work if I wanted the screws replaced. The manager was argumentative and not willingly to work on helping me. More
