I did have some problem with the accessories stated that the car had. Those are being dealt with now. You currently have my vehicle installing a DVD player. I was very specific in my expectations. I had no problems with dealing with Mike with a small exception on being kept informed. I feel that this as been resolved as well. While I would have like to get a better price I think everyone would say that. My buying experience was excellent. I didn't plan to buy when I came in. I came to talk to Al about what my options were, everyone would say that. My buying experience was excellent. I didn't plan to buy when I came in. I came to talk to Al about what my options were, I brought my Mother as others have said that I was hoodwinked by other salesman in the past. I brought her so that she could bear witness to the fact that I was going to get factual, and realistic advice about my situation. Al took the time and patience to explain it to us both. While I have very good credit I am (upside down) on my loan due to bad buys in the past. Al Morgan was sensitive and knowledgable about my situation and helped me and my Mom understand what was the best buying situation for me. I was very happy with the overall deal and I am loyal to the dealership (sales and service)I was initially critical but not of Al, I was critical because I wanted to get it for $2,000 less - my bad really I should've negotiated harder. Anyway I love the car and I felt like I was treated well by Al Morgan and Mike Vanella. As a matter of fact Vanella (sp) spent quite a bit of time and consideration answering mulitple questions I had and treated me with kindness and respect. I will definitely buy my next car with Al's help and my Mother may be a convert. More
