Took longer than I expected, but the technician video was neat. The mechanic Michael was very friendly and professional. He gave me his opinion, not just trying to sell me crap. I have taken my vehicle there 3 different times for the same issue. I expressed MULTIPLE times that I'd like the technicians to diagnose any internal problems, even told then how black smoke is coming out same issue. I expressed MULTIPLE times that I'd like the technicians to diagnose any internal problems, even told then how black smoke is coming out of my exhaust. I was told 3 times it is "condensation" and nothing to worry about. Well I know there was something wrong. There is a difference between condensation and black smoke. So now I have yet another bill to take it somewhere else to get fixed the right way. $$$ spent and still not complete. Tmi felt as though they were telling me anything just to not actually put in work or diagnose the issues correctly. Okay customer service, but terrible work. More
