The service is always pretty good but the flow of service has changed several times and it is not clear how it is supposed to work. Do I drive in to the garage? Wait under the overhang? I bought a 2018 dodge journey the dealer wasn't willing to come down on the price even tho we were paying cash up front. Our person that did most the paper work was going to have the car detailed and fille to come down on the price even tho we were paying cash up front. Our person that did most the paper work was going to have the car detailed and filled with gas and also said I'd be given a gas card for 2 more refills but it was never topped off, because no one knew where my person went and we were pressed for time, and I never got the refill or the gas card. My person also put in for a new key fob for the vehicle and said would call me on Monday I ended up calling and was told there were no updates yet and that was more then 2 weeks ago, I still haven't heard anything. When I called the other day was sent to voice mail I left a msg with my number and didn't get a reply. Starting to think if we didn't buy the vehicle outright we'd have more problems. More
