Glenn Gannaway said he would make sure these items were addressed. The detail lady said she would address the damaged headliner for us. Glenn said he would get our key fob from the Machens dealership in Jefferson City and send it to us with the title. Glenn said he would get us a bottle of touch up paint and get it mailed to us! More

The salesman Drew that I worked with was great! Very personal able and you could tell he really cared about us! HOWEVER Joe Machens did not hold up their end of the bargain. The engine was squeaking when we took it for a test drive and they had agreed to get that fixed before I took it home. After I brought it home, the issue was still there. When we brought the car back in, they told us there was nothing to fix and charged us the $150 diagnostic fee. They also overfilled the oil in my car by 4 quarts so the oil was halfway up the dip stick. Was able to fix that problem ourselves and when we showed the technician there wasn’t even an apology offered for their huge error that could have really damaged the vehicle. I don’t intend to purchase a car from Joe Machens ever again. More

This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The finance guy James was very nice, but I still feel like I was forced to pay for things I didn't understand and probably didn't want. The whole process was unpleasant from start to finish. It was only online research that I did on my own that made me choose the car from them. More
