The only positive thing I have to say is that my salesman was great. He was friendly, met my needs, and was happy to help the multiple times I came back with problems. The service dept is slow and inattentiv was great. He was friendly, met my needs, and was happy to help the multiple times I came back with problems. The service dept is slow and inattentive. Communication between sales and service falls entirely on the salesmen to facilitate. After I finally pulled my new car off the lot it started falling apart, so I called from the side of the road with my 6 year old and was told they were sorry but the service dept is closed for the day. Awful! More
