1. Was told the truck would be ready on Monday the 21st after buying it Saturday the 19th. Had to take a rental home due to not being ready. 2. They were cool at first and I did give them a good review at first but my traverse that I purchased transmission died they did fix the transmission but they have done nothing to get my 2016 Passat back on th at first but my traverse that I purchased transmission died they did fix the transmission but they have done nothing to get my 2016 Passat back on the road they had it yesterday they worked on it for 2 weeks I go to pick it up it doesn't start they jump it that's a brand new battery mind you interstate battery at that I get it home 9:00, my wife wants a mountain dew I go to start the car up to go to the gas station and it won't start I have turned the car over to the bank and I'm just waiting for the bank to come get it it is been in the shop six times I have shown Joe machens my receipts and they still have done nothing to fix these issues and problems they just said screw you small guy in your family deal with your piece of s*** German car. After searching for months to find a vehicle I finally landed at Joe Machens in Columbia. They made sure that all my requests for the vehicle I was purchasing were met. Many dealers these days sell used cars as is and refuse to address any issues customers may have.
