I was impressed by how the sales team worked together, listened and took note of what we wanted without pressure to immediately buy. I had been shopping for quite a long time and corresponded with all the Mazda dealerships in the greater Portland area, Salem and even with one up in Seattle. Mazda of Gladstone, was by far the most customer focused. They not only had the best customer service, but found the exact car we wanted and honored an incredibly low quote that we had been given by another dealer and gave us the best package deal on our new CX-9! Kat was personable, direct, pleasant and professional to a degree rarely encountered. She paved the way for a fair, entirely reasonable transaction and although I had not intended to consummate a purchase today, I did it. My first new car in 72 years!
