Mr Vargas was a very knowable sales rep I purchased a new Mazda 3 and Manny showed me everything on the car. I was able to drive off the lot knowinf how ny car operated with the new feature I purchased a new Mazda 3 and Manny showed me everything on the car. Great Service Department It's always nice to get greeted by Avalon when I bring my car in. I accessorized my Mazda CX-5 with a full roof rack and expected to be there for 90 It's always nice to get greeted by Avalon when I bring my car in. I accessorized my Mazda CX-5 with a full roof rack and expected to be there for 90 minutes. I was so surprised when they informed me after 52 minutes that they were done. Consistent Service; People Listen The service was just a routine oil change and tire rotation. But, I had several things I wanted them to look at, in addition to the normal stuff. A The service was just a routine oil change and tire rotation. But, I had several things I wanted them to look at, in addition to the normal stuff. All of it was handled with professional care and in an expedient manner. I even got a discount, because the tires did not need rotating. The only flaw...they forgot the sticker in the windshield to remind me when to come back for the next service. I went back the next day and got the sticker, plus also got them to pair my phone to the car--something which I had been unable to do successfully, despite repeated efforts. That was a nice, free add-on. More
