The first place I found was Gladstone because the price seemed great. I ended up chatting with Carmen from the website and wrote her name down. During the next several weeks I kept coming back to Gladstone and Carmen. Every time I had a question she was QUICK to answer. I dwindled the car choice down to Mazda CX-5 and was assured Carmen would meet or beat any price I found on the same car. I live about 2 hours away from Gladstone so making the decision to purchase with them was 100% customer service...and Carmen. I got clear, straight answers every time. I did all my test driving at my local branch but I just felt like I was home at Gladstone. If you are looking to buy a new car...do your research....lots of it. Talk to everyone you can. Get as many quotes as you can. Make sure you have Carmen and Gladstone in your list....and when you are set...and certain that Mazda is right, make Gladstone your home too. You won't be disappointed.
