There was no pressure and she treated us like family. We felt very comfortable and ended up feeling very pleased with our purchase and overall experience. Another Shout-Out To The Service Department It's been nearly two years since I last left a review on this site, so this is really just an update of my previous post. I've owned several cars th It's been nearly two years since I last left a review on this site, so this is really just an update of my previous post. I've owned several cars throughout my life and taken them to different mechanics with varying results, some good and some not so good. The thing I've noticed about this particular dealership's service department is that the quality has remained consistent since my first visit. There's been plenty of auto shops where I've had to return my car the next day because they either didn't fix the original problem correctly, or created another one that hadn't previously existed. I've never had that issue here, because they do it right the first time. Since they only use quality factory parts, it increases peace of mind, while also keeping my visits/expenditures to a minimum. All of the staff, from the mechanics to the service department employees, are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Avalon, who's been taking really great care of me since she very first started working here. If you have a Mazda that is in need of routine maintenance or repairs, I would say this is the place to bring it to. More
