Alex invited us to come and see Mazda of Gladstone's selection and to hear about their dealership and their available service options. The day we were able to come in was Alex's day off, but he came in to meet us anyway. Alex was a gentleman and perfect salesman: no pressure; expertise in knowing Mazda vehicles inside and out; open to all questions; and clearly caring about his customers. We left with a great deal and a great new car. The whole time, Alex ensured that all of our questions were answered and that we were treated with the upmost respect as customers. The day we purchased our new Mazda 3 was a day when we were rushed for time. Alex had us come back to Mazda of Gladstone so that he could clearly explain all the features of our new Mazda 3. He had already completed his transaction with us, but he still made time to explain the vehicle's features. In short, this is the kind of salesman car buyers want and we will be back to Mazda of Gladstone in the future. The team of Manny, Arturo, Chad, Chris & Charity made this transaction painless. They were so kind, patient, & friendly which was surprising due to the experiences that I've had with other dealerships who tried to bully me into buying a car through them. I would recommend them whole heartedly because of how well they treated me. Plus, I absolutely LOVE my new car & when I left the dealership with my car they told me that if I had any questions that I could email them anytime! Awesome Service Department I actually purchased my Mazda at a different dealership, but was looking for some place closer to home to take my car for standard maintenance and/or I actually purchased my Mazda at a different dealership, but was looking for some place closer to home to take my car for standard maintenance and/or repair. Mazda of Gladstone is currently the go-to place for awesome and thorough mechanical service, not to mention Avalon Harris is a rare exception in the customer service business. She is a genuinely kind and caring person who makes you feel good about spending your hard-earned $$$ for whatever is necessary to keep your car in tip-top running condition. The great thing about this dealership's service department is they never try to sell you something you don't need or want, unless it's recommended on your vehicle's maintenance service schedule. Good quality factory parts, courteous and caring customer service, and professional mechanical expertise make it worth-while to continue bringing my Mazda6 to this particular shop. More
