Brand New Experience, Brand New Car I've never owned my own car, but I've gone to the Auto show every year for the past six or seven years and the very first time I sat in a Mazda3, I kn I've never owned my own car, but I've gone to the Auto show every year for the past six or seven years and the very first time I sat in a Mazda3, I knew it was the car I wanted. I narrowed down the model on the Mazda website, then set out into the local market to find a dealer for a quote. I was contacted by three separate dealers regarding my interest. I set up meetings and made it out to two of them; one of which was Mazda of Gladstone, where I first worked with Manny, who worked with me in identifying the model I was looking for, finding it in their selection, and making sure that the car was the way I wanted it. Unlike the other dealers I was in contact with who kept checking if it "would work" if the model I wanted had X package (an extra $3,000) or was in Y color, Manny actually sat down with me and said "This is the model you asked for" and was very helpful with my financial questions. I actually financed through my credit union, but was quoted very fairly and could have gone either way. Sadly, Manny was out sick when I went in to finalize the paperwork, but that's when Kat stepped in to help out. She verified that Manny had covered everything with me and was very helpful walking me through the process, being patient with me as I set up insurance and spoke with my loan assistant. We both gushed over the color, and I drove away in a brand new Mazda very happy with my experience. More

Great experience Carman and Chad were really helpful in getting me a lease on a new Mazda CX-15. Being a new resident to the US I didn't have any credit history which Carman and Chad were really helpful in getting me a lease on a new Mazda CX-15. Being a new resident to the US I didn't have any credit history which hindered most dealerships but not Gladstone. They worked with me to get a reasonably costed lease for a family car and took into consideration my work visa. They even picked me up so I could drive my new car home. Can't ask for more than that. I did my online research and showed up at Gladstone for several test drives over a two week span. Em went out of her way to work with me, despite my slooooow decision-making. In the end, I got an amazing car at the absolute best price and had a surprisingly good time in the process. Skip the competition and go directly to Emiliegh and Gladstone. Seriously. More
