Mazda of Gladstone was fantastic, it doesn't feel like they are gouging customers with prices like some other dealerships are doing. When I realized I had forgotten my checkbook for the down payment, Erin even followed me to my bank to pick up a cashier's check and take it back to the dealership so that I wouldn't have to go back. Very quickly after arrival I was given a test drive and then went through the purchase process. I was offered extended warranties but they were not so pushy as to be rude or waste my time, Im glad the only reason I had to wait was because the people ahead of me were taking so long. Daniel tracked down a car from another dealership and had it redirected for me to purchase. I didnt think I would be able to get my desired car until months into 2022 but Daniel made it possible. I had a smooth experience with Mazda Gladstone. My first car purchase and Erin made it very easy for me. After I looked up some options on the website Erin reached out to me and emailed me some options we m car purchase and Erin made it very easy for me. Looked up couple options did a test drive together which was long enough to feel the car. She was with me the whole time in the office during my visit. Gave me a lot of information about the car. We sat in the car and she showed me how to use the features and everything while waiting for paperwork. And she told me I can visit anytime if I have any questions about the car.
