My salesperson was James Freelove and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was so patient the entire time despite all of the multiple-hour-long complications I was having and was incredibly helpful the entire phenomenal. The entire time he was kind, chill, understanding, and just all out an amazing person who you could tell cared about the customer and getting them a good experience with their car purchase. Despite how stressful the insurance issue was, he helped to keep me going through the process and figuring out different solutions without overwhelming me.
