We made many visits and drove many cars so that we could make a well-informed decision. Naolly was patient and did everything she could to make the process smooth and enjoyable. She stuck with us through all of our test drives and re-drives until we were completely satisfied. In the end, she managed to find the exact car we needed at another dealer and managed to get that car for us overnight. She even came in on her day off to finalize the paperwork and make sure we were satisfied as we drove off the lot with the new car. A special thanks to Naolly for her hard work and professionalism.
