We made many visits and drove many cars so that we could make a well-informed decision. Naolly was patient and did everything she could to make the process smooth and enjoyable. She stuck with us through all of our test drives and re-drives until we were completely satisfied. In the end, she managed to find the exact car we needed at another dealer and managed to get that car for us overnight. She even came in on her day off to finalize the paperwork and make sure we were satisfied as we drove off the lot with the new car. A special thanks to Naolly for her hard work and professionalism. Buying a new car would be so much easier for everyone if all sales professionals took Naolly's very human and thorough approach. Thanks! Sterling Beaty did a great job helping me choose the right car and waiting on the insurance company to get my settlement together. Came on for oil change on my mazda 6 and asked to see the cw30 suv.. Naolly took care to show several cars and knew her stuff. We went in to check out lease vs buy and I guess it just made sense to lease u cw30 suv.. Naolly took care to show several cars and knew her stuff.
