An easy and enjoyable experience up-grading my car. My lease was nearing the end with my 2018 Mazda CX-3 , that I have actually LOVED!!! I planned on keeping it, but times needed more room with 2 teen- My lease was nearing the end with my 2018 Mazda CX-3 , that I have actually LOVED!!! I planned on keeping it, but times needed more room with 2 teen-age sons and all their gear. I thought what it would be like to go bigger with a CX-5? With so many questions, I called before walking in the dealership and “being pressured by car salesman”, especially being a single mom. Erin Perez answered my call and right off the bat felt comfortable. She is so calm and genuine and welcoming, solved my concerns with no pressure at all, She’s wonderful!! I drove off (Wasn’t expecting to) with a 2019 CX-5 and LOVE IT ALSO and think my boys will too. Now my 2nd experience at Gladstone Mazda and been great every time, everyone is really kind. More

Great customer service experience Bob came out when I was tire kicking 2 months ago, and spent half an hour talking to me about the CX-5's, and the different trim levels, and he said " Bob came out when I was tire kicking 2 months ago, and spent half an hour talking to me about the CX-5's, and the different trim levels, and he said "Come back when you have a little more time, and I'll take you on the test drive of your life". Yesterday I took that test drive, and he really showed me what the car was about, and it gave me a great feel for how the car was going to be to drive every day 30,000-40,000 miles a year. He was very patient with me during negotiations, and also walked me through the settings in the infotainment system. Great Great experience, I ONLY worked with Bob until the very end of negotiations and getting paperwork finalized, and did not feel like I got fed a lot of "verbal agreements" that were empty promises to close the sale. More
