I thought I would have it in a week or two. But it was only days before I was driving off the lot. Victor’s customer service goes above and beyond –he really cares and doesn’t stop until you get exactly what you want. He made the leasing process so easy and enjoyable --all the paperwork was in order and my new car was waiting for me when he said it would be ready. I’ve dealt with many people in my life since I’m in the hospitality industry, and I can say that Victor is a cut above the rest because he’s honest and he truly cares. I live inTampa, but bought a CX-5 from North Miami Mazda ! I had narrowed down my new car options to the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring vs. the Toyota RAV4 Limited, and decided that the CX-5 was a better choice for I had narrowed down my new car options to the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring vs. the Toyota RAV4 Limited, and decided that the CX-5 was a better choice for my family due to it much better crash safety rating from the Institute of Highway Safety. Also, the CX-5 has some nice features that aren't available on the RAV4. Once I decided on which car I was going to buy, the next question was where to buy it. I did some online research to see which part of the Florida region had the best prices on the CX-5, and that is how I found North Miami Mazda. As soon as I submitted my online inquiry, Ami responded back and began working with me to earn my business. I was in discussions with several different dealers, but Ami was able to get me the exact car that I was looking for, at the price I was willing to pay.
