Bruce is amazing! Bruce really went the extra for me... Had to get out of my Lexus 2015 lease that was only a few months in, and I don't know what magic Bruce pulled, b Bruce really went the extra for me... Nightmare of a ordeal continues Horrible experience. I leased a car with them & unfortunately I was in a accident 3 weeks after getting the car. My car had no scratches or defects pr Horrible experience. I leased a car with them & unfortunately I was in a accident 3 weeks after getting the car. My car had no scratches or defects prior to the accident. They told me to send it to them at the dealer to do the work, they forwarded it to a D rating bodyshop, the bodyshop had the car 2 months and 2 weeks , werent getting anything right, they had worked on the car already 3 times. After i called endless calls to the dealer i got a hold of the gm who assured me that they would handle it and do the work in house. The dealer was also not getting it right another few times of going in and the car not being right before someone in service slipped in a email to me when I asked why they used a whole tank of gas, they slipped and said because it was being outsourced to the same lousy bodyshop behind my back without my permission. The car is unsafe, they are untrustworthy . 3 months and my car still isnt right. I only really owned my car 3 weeks to be going thru this ordeal and no one really cares of the health issues they are causing me. Still my car isnt fixed entirely and I feel its unsafe. More

New Car Buying Experience I just purchased a new CX9 Mazda GT from Sam V. at Mazda of NM. Sam is an excellent sales person. He is very cordial and personable. He is a not a "pr I just purchased a new CX9 Mazda GT from Sam V. at Mazda of NM. Sam is an excellent sales person. He is very cordial and personable. He is a not a "pressure" type sales person. I went to Mazda of NM to look at a great deal on a new 2015 white pearl CX9 they might have in stock. Upon arrival I met with Sam who I had email correspondence with earlier. He apologized to me and said they did not have a white pearl one in stock but stated he would be more than glad to give me a test drive in a CX9 they had but was a different color. I was very pleased with the suv after the test drive. After the test drive he stated he should be able to get a CX9 in white pearl toward the end of the month. There was no pressure in trying to sell me one in a different color and I stated I would wait. After several days Sam followed up with a phone call and said he was still working to get me this suv. Well 1 1/2 weeks later to my surprise they received 2 in stock and was told one was mine. This was sooner than I was originally told by Sam when it would come in toward the end of the month, excellent. I bought the suv at the original price agreed upon. I had an issue with transferring my Fl tags to my new suv, no fault of theirs, but Sam said he would try to resolve this and he did come through the following day. Excellent! You can not ask for a better person to deal with in your new car buying experience and also this dealership. More
