I was really disappointed with the communication on the part of the dealership. They hadn't dealt with the credit union auto buying program that they were a member of. I was told what to expect over the phone to find out something totally different after I arrived at the dealership. I had drove 2 hours expecting one thing, even left the dealership expecting something different, was told something different, to hear weeks later but that's not what you got. When I tell a dealership that I have a loan in the amount of $5500.00 and I am paying the balance of the car with a personal check, and I tell you that I am not including my car as a trade then please don't write the sale up as if I am using my car as a trade. You should follow up with your customer if you are not clear on what she wants, but like any other dealership once they have your money in hand they do not care. I was told I would be issued a separate check for the sale of my car. So Why didn't you write the separate check or let me deduct it from the cash payment I made. Its simple you don't care about your customers. This day and age, customer service is the utmost importance, and communication is key. If you want to do return business, LISTEN to what your customer is telling you. I probably will never do return business with this dealer. The sad part is I like the car and was thinking very seriously about buying my son a mazda within the next month or so, but nah, I think I will look at the Toyota's. More

I live in Asheville, NC and had seen a Legacy when the body style changed. I loved it!! When it came time for me to buy one I did my home work and checked every dealer in North and South Carolina. By far Vic Bailey gave me the best deal for my trade in and on the price of the Legacy I wanted. Kevin was awesome to deal with. They didn't have the color I wanted, but drove to Georgia to pick one up for me. I was so impressed. It was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. They are fanastic to deal with and I even drive more than 160 miles round trip to have my Subaru serviced at Vic Bailey. I would definitely recommend Vic Bailey to anyone looking for a car. More

Called for a price giving the details of the model and trim we wanted. They had one in the color we wanted. Jeff gave me a low price over the phone. We needed to get back from Spartanburg with both the new Subarau Outback and our old SUV, which we were not trading in, and Jeff volunteered to deliver it to Flat Rock, NC. Shannon was fantastic to work with when I bought my Forester. I actually came in to test drive one of the Mazdas, but didn't like it very much. Shannon suggested, based on my comments and stated need Forester. I actually came in to test drive one of the Mazdas, but didn't like it very much. It wasn't even on my radar, but I figured what the heck, I'm already here. Well, she was absolutely right - I loved it the second I put it into gear. Shannon hit the nail right on the head. Working the deal was very simple, straightforward and fair - one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. I've had all service done at Vic Bailey since I bought the car a year ago. Chris is terrific to work with, and explains everything that is needed and why. We bought our Subaru there but I do not remember sales person's name. It was however a great experience.
