We recently moved from Charlotte to Spartanburg. We prefer to use the dealer for routine maintenance. While checking in with Service Department the cost was more than I remembered being quoted when We prefer to use the dealer for routine maintenance. He graciously only charged us the lessor amount that I understood was the cost. He also included a tire rotation at no added cost. I have never been treated as kindly by a Service Department as that day. Will definitely be going back. More

I took my 2019 subaru 15000 miles to the service department because all the lights on the dash were on. They kept it for 3 days before clearing the code and said they could find anything. They cleared the codes and said we can't find anything wrong. So after getting frustrated I took the car back were it was purchased Randy Marion subaru Mooresville NC. Of course by now my cars warranty was over after half a day they found the problem and $650 later my car is fixed. I feel like I have been bamboozled. If Vic Bailey would have fixed it while under warranty it wouldn't have cost me😡 More
