Mazda of Valley Stream exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to auto dealerships. Kevin and Kareem were my sales people and they were amazing! I could not have had an easier car buying experience! when it comes to auto dealerships. Kevin and Kareem were my sales people and they were amazing! I could not have had an easier car buying experience!! We were able to do all of the paperwork online which saved a ton of time. Also Kareem took care of working with my insurance company and getting me my financing. Everyone knows that buying a car in this covid climate is difficult but with Mazda of Valley Stream, you will get the best customer service and a very fair deal. They even purchased my lease return from me and I ended up making some money off of it! They are very fair with appraisals and have lots of new car inventory. I told them what I wanted and they had it! I ended up leasing a new Mazda CX-5 Reserve in red. I cannot tell you the amount of compliments I have received on this car. I already have a few people at work that want to get the same exact car! It is a great vehicle and has everything you need and then some. Kareem took the time to make sure I understood all of the tech in the car and made sure that all the settings that I like were setup. Kareem knows this car inside and out!! The CX5 is a great vehicle at a great price point!! I highly recommend Kareem and Kevin at this dealership because you will be taken care of like family! More
Mazda of Valley Stream thinks it's a good idea to sell you a used car that, 2 months later you need brakes on. 2 months, kinda pathetic, and when call them on it they want to charge $500 to replace the fr you a used car that, 2 months later you need brakes on. 2 months, kinda pathetic, and when call them on it they want to charge $500 to replace the front brakes, the sales people are nice but there is a thing called ethics which is sorely lacking in the service department, shame on them. If you buy a used car from them make sure you have your own mechanic look at it , the service department @ Mazda of Valley Stream is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!. More
Steve Oddo is the ONLY gem of this location, as he is honest, forthright and very kind. Love that guy! Purchased a car from them and they tried to pull a fast one when it came to financing. TOMMY is one of their financial people and he is disgusting, rude and a liar. Even their manager lied to us about outside financing stating "the advertised pricing is only if you finance through us. If you don't finance with us, we will not sell you the car." This is a LIE as we came to find out...if you go with outside financing, you pay an extra $1,000 for the total cost of the vehicle. Their in-house Mazda interest rates are astronomical at 4.79% so I advise you to go with a major bank for financing. We were quote a rate of 2.69% from 3 major banks. Tommy also displayed some casual racism towards me regarding my "ethnic" sounding name, stating "WOW, blame your parents for that one!!! Jesus!" after I provided the spelling of my full name. He laughed heartily at his own xenophobic joke which speaks volumes about his small-mindedness and ignorance. I was disgusted by his behavior, his words, his demeanor, his horrendous sales tactics and his (lack of) professionalism. If possible, request a a different finance person because Tommy does not respect customers and certainly not ethnic or racial minorities. After shopping around on and off for about a month, I was ready to buy a Mazda. I wanted a CX-3 so I went to the closest dealership hoping to get a good deal. My salesperson, Rose, was very easy to talk to ready to buy a Mazda. I wanted a CX-3 so I went to the closest dealership hoping to get a good deal. My salesperson, Rose, was very easy to talk to and seemed nice. But about 5 minutes in, Kevin abruptly took over. Granted it was about an hour before closing time so maybe he wanted to finish up early. From the start Kevin was aggressive and rude. He wanted above sticker price because “that’s what lot of people were paying”. When I told him that I would never pay above sticker price, he asked if I would take the car home that night if he gave me the sticker price. He didn’t give me much time to think but I told him I would... but I wanted to trade in my old vehicle. When I told him my car was a ‘04 CRV with 160k miles on it, he laughed and told me he can only give me $500 for it. I told him that KBB said my car was worth $1800 and then he asked if I brought my car with me. When I told him no, he offered to give me $1000 for it without even looking at it if I agree to buy the CX-3 and leave a deposit. I almost took his offer because I really wasn’t sure that my CRV was even worth $1000. But it really bothered me that he was willing to give me $1000 without even looking at my car. It just seemed like all he wanted was a signed contract and a deposit. So I told him that I thought my car was worth more and he told me to bring it the next day. Next morning, I went to Empire Mazda in Huntington and although I had to go through the whole negotiation process again, the salesman and the manager were courteous, patient and willing to LISTEN to my side and reasoning. It took a while but I got my CX-3 and they gave me $1250 for my trade-in. I might’ve eventually gotten the same deal if I went to Valley Stream Mazda but Kevin’s attitude and style in dealing with me was a complete turn-off... More

Mohamad Hanif is the sells person you want to work with, genuine and calm, he’s not someone to pressure you into buying something you don’t want. W/O a doubt, THIS is the dealership to go to for the truly best deal and experience! I've negotiated many many deals both for my own cars and for others over the years and I have to say Mazda of Valley truly best deal and experience! I've negotiated many many deals both for my own cars and for others over the years and I have to say Mazda of Valley Stream was perhaps the best experience (and 'out-the-door-price') I've had. Kevin Persaud (sales mngr.) was excellent in every way. To be honest, HE was the deciding factor for me, making the deal work as i wanted and being honest and professional. Rose Bezerra (Sales/lease specialist was also wonderful in every way. They BOTH will get all my future referals and business. Don't waste time at other dealerships, go right to Mazda of Valley Stream! More
