From the initial phone call inquiry to the sit-down, - Patrick

From the initial phone call inquiry to the sit-down, signing, and driving away in my new CX-50, The Wantagh Mazda team of Victor and David delivered a responsive, transparent, personable, and service-focused deal that was anxiety-free. Even more so, Victor assisted me every step of the way to make sure my paperwork was on-point for financing and insurance. Highly recommended.

Rakib is extremely knowledgeable and informative. - bmont05

Rakib is extremely knowledgeable and informative. What stood out the most was his honesty and professionalism. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely wanted to make sure I drove away in a car that was the right fit for me. He was transparent, responsive, and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who’s trustworthy, personable, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Rakib. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and he definitely delivers. I’ll be recommending him to my family and friends without hesitation!

I recently purchased a used Mazda from Mazda of Lodi and - shah9

I recently purchased a used Mazda from Mazda of Lodi and have been very disappointed with the dealership's handling of a problem that arose immediately after the sale. The vehicle was delivered with two key fobs. One worked properly, while the other did not. Within the first week of ownership, I returned to the dealership twice seeking assistance. During my first visit, I was advised to replace the battery and monitor the issue. I followed that advice and replaced the battery, but the problem remained. When I returned, the dealership diagnosed the key fob as defective. Despite acknowledging that the key fob was defective and despite the fact that the issue was reported almost immediately after purchase, the dealership refused to replace it. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way I was treated during the process. I felt that management insinuated that I had somehow caused the problem or was not being truthful about the issue, even though I had followed their instructions, returned promptly, and the dealership's own diagnosis confirmed the key fob was defective. The issue itself is relatively minor. What concerns me is the lack of accountability and customer service after the sale. I expected a Mazda dealership to stand behind a vehicle and its included equipment, especially when a defect is identified within days of purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mazda of Lodi. Based on this I would avoid buying a Mazda.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END! - QueenB

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END! NEVER FELT PRESSURED AND OUR SALESMAN, MALCOLM S WAS VERY PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WELL READ. JAYSON, OUR FINANCIAL PERSON WAS AMAZING. HE MADE ALL THAT PAPERWORK FEEL SEAMLESS. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY PATIENT, AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL, AS WAS MALCOLM! AS WE ARE BOTH A LITTLE BIT OLDER, WE FOUND EVERYONE TO BE VERY PATIENT WITH US WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT ALL THE NEW FANGLED SET UP ON OUR PHONES! THIS IS OUR FOURTH MAZDA, SO I THINK THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!

I had a very positive experience purchasing my Mazda - Haque

I had a very positive experience purchasing my Mazda CX-90 from the Mazda dealer in Valley Stream. My salesperson, Stephen, was excellent — he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never put any pressure on me throughout the process. Mike (Dave), the General Sales Manager, was also very helpful and had all the documents prepared neatly and efficiently, which made the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for your outstanding service. I truly appreciate the professionalism and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda!

I would highly recommend Steve Aponte at Island Mazda. - akrys2

I would highly recommend Steve Aponte at Island Mazda. He provided me with all the pricing information as requested, without all the typical car dealership nonsense. He even responded to my emails sent to Island Mazda while recovering from serious surgery. Steve made sure that when it was time for me to pick up the car that another salesman would be available to take me through the car and answer all my questions. Picking up the car went smoothly, without issue. Highly recommend, Steve, Nick and Tim at Island Mazda.
