The Very Best! It was many years since my husband or I have purchased a vehicle on credit. Because of that, in the past, other dealerships dismissed us as unimporta It was many years since my husband or I have purchased a vehicle on credit. Because of that, in the past, other dealerships dismissed us as unimportant. This year, we were going to use part of our income tax refund to fully purchase a vehicle that would hopefully be in better condition than the one we had. With that in mind, I downloaded an app on my cell phone to track affordable used cars. We wanted to purchase locally in order to support businesses in the community. So my husband went to Mazda of Wooster to check out a Ford Focus that they had on the lot. Upon speaking with Darren Putt, he actually placed in our minds a better possibility, and he and his team made us both feel very welcome when we returned there to take a closer look at what they had. Not only did Darren show us vehicles, but he and his team got us financed for the very car that I wanted when we drove onto the lot. My husband and I are now the proud owners of a very dependable, affordable, safe, and lovely looking, small car. It's the first Mazda that we've ever owned and I'm sure it's going to be the first of many that we will own in the future. We don't need to look any further for the very best car dealership in this area of Ohio. We already found it. Above and beyond I had been involved in an auto accident a week prior to my purchase of my Mazda 3. On the day of test driving the Mazda 3, I had a Murphy's Law moment I had been involved in an auto accident a week prior to my purchase of my Mazda 3. On the day of test driving the Mazda 3, I had a Murphy's Law moment as I came back to the dealership and noticed that my one tire had went flat on my rental car that I was driving to get me by. Instead of paying for a tow back to Canton and having to pay maintenance bills to repair the tire, Mazda offered to fix the tire for free. During my car buying process, Mr. Putt was incredibly friendly and applied no pressure to buy which was a characteristic that turned me off from other dealerships. I was also introduced to the service team after the purchase of my Mazda 3. This team has gone above and beyond in my car buying experience. Thank you, Mazda of Wooster and Darren Putt. More

I have bought twice already with these guys both times good used cars off their lot and they reasoned with me to meet my needs. I was impressed with the dealership as soon as I walked in they have a very appealing store with many accommodations like free coffee, drinks, cookies, popcorn and more and wonderful displays of new vehicles. The salesman greet you right away and if you are out in the lot looking around they will come out to see if you need help or have any questions. When I bought the car they included a 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty which was the best warranty any dealership I talked to offered. They also include many benefits and optional warranties to go with your newly purchased car that are very beneficial and well priced. If you are looking for a new Mazda or just any good used car definitely check out Mazda of Wooster they treated my family and I well not just once but twice and I will definitely go back if I am ever in the market for a new vehicle.
