Purchase of 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Ult. 2.0T My buying experience on 8/26/17 was good until I found out that the dealership had only one key for the new vehicle. I was told the 2nd key would be p My buying experience on 8/26/17 was good until I found out that the dealership had only one key for the new vehicle. I was told the 2nd key would be programmed and mailed in a week. Eight days after I purchased the car I called about the key and found out that it was not obtained yet and that I would have to wait a few more days before it would get mailed, but the key would have to be programmed at a dealership. I made an appointment at a local dealership since I purchased the vehicle at a dealership about 100 miles from my home. Hopefully I will have a key mailed to me in time for my key programming appointment on Sept. 13, 2017 at a local Hyundai dealership. The car was missing one valve stem at the time of delivery, but I did not notice it until I drove home after purchasing the new vehicle. More

Overall good experience except the finance manager I don't know the name of the finance manager i spoke with. However I felt he was extremely rude bringing up my mother and brother in an attempt to sel I don't know the name of the finance manager i spoke with. I could tell after he realized he said something so rude how angry i was, that he literally had all of my paperwork done and i was done less than 5 minutes later.
