Great from start to finish I thought McCarthy's prices were "too good to be true" so I went in expecting to be told that. Ends up I was wrong. Not only were the prices great, th I thought McCarthy's prices were "too good to be true" so I went in expecting to be told that. Ends up I was wrong. Not only were the prices great, the car was in stock and ready to be driven. Terrence went over the car and it's features with me and made sure it was the one I wanted before continuing. The trade in evaluation was quick and very straight forward, and all finance discussion was also straight forward and quick. McCarthy in Olathe was extremely professional and on top of it the entire time. I was very impressed and will remember this in the future. More

Ridiculous Trust me on this and head straight to Shawnee Mission Hyundai. The manager tried to cheat me out of money the entire way through the purchasing proces Trust me on this and head straight to Shawnee Mission Hyundai. The manager tried to cheat me out of money the entire way through the purchasing process. The sales guy was great, unfortunatley the numbers come from the management. So first they promised to beat the "truecar" value everytime. They didn't beat it until Shawnee Mission did. Then they couldn't give me the 120% value of my trade (which they advertise as one of their incentives) because it made them come out negative so I had to lose that incentive because I'm guessing that's just a tactic to get people in..., then they offered me a price to beat Shawnee Mission and when I went in to buy it for that price they couldn't honor it. The manager then thought it would be cute to call me out in the lobby on my way out for frustrating him... so I then explained to him the specifics on how he not once, not twice but three times failed to keep his word/offers. He knew I was right so he then suggested we "part ways and be friends", which I was more than happy to do at that point! Please do yourself a huge favor and go to www.truecar.com and look up the average sales price for the vehicle you are looking at and ask Olathe Hyundai to beat the average sale price which they can and if they don't, A) they are lying and B) just call up Shawnee Mission Hyundai and they will beat it over the phone (and actually keep their word). More
