Excellent Experience Terrence was an excellent guy to deal with. He was very patient to anwser all the questions i had. I spent almost a day with him to close on the deal. I had one of the best experience in car purchase. On the other hand the sales manager was a tough guy. They did not come down even a single penny from the listed price. The expectation that some how these details that should have been handled while we were there were left undone and again some how it is an emergency and needs to be addressed now is quite absurd. As noted earlier we , the new customer's ,were charged a fee ( $75.00 ) to enable McCarthy to process the title work on our behalf. What happened?? More

2017 Summit Grey Ioniq I found out about McCarthy from my neighbor - Kevin Andrews. If it weren't for Kevin I might not even have tried the dealership.
