Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable about Hyundai as well as other makes on the market. They gave sane, solid & well informed advise. They treated me with respect. In short, it was an outstanding sales experience trading in a 2009 Sonata for a 2023 Tucson, thank you gentlemen. I feel I can refer friends to McCarthy Olathe Hyundai for a fair & honest experience with great customer service! I would remiss if I didn't mention the "the finance guy", not possible to rate. More
My overall buying experience at McCarthy Olathe Hyundai was below average. The store is not in good condition and is not taken care of. This caused me to feel the dealership was not reputable. In a span of 3 days, I was passed around to 3 different Salespeople and two different General Managers. This lack of consistency was not only confusing and frustrating, but there was also a lack of concern or professionalism when I brought this to the staff members attention. Between calls, texts and emails, it was difficult to get ahold of someone to answer some of my questions and I had to repeat myself several times, as I was passed around to several staff members. There was a lack of communication between the staff and there was not a sense of urgency. Staff would sit on the counters, or be unprofessionally dressed and this gave a very laid back, lazy impression. I ended up getting a pretty good deal on my car. But it was not without significant haggling and back and forth with the staff. Overall ok with the experience. More
