The dealership was slow as we arrived late morning. Several salesman sitting around a desk. We were greeted quickly and requested a few test drives. Overall a very good experience until time to deliver the vehicle. (About a three hour process that went by quickly) Friendly and attentive through the test drives and finding a vehicle we liked. Very nice salesperson. We found a vehicle and negotiated a deal. We went through financing and left for lunch while they cleaned the car and prepped it for delivery. The finance manager was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided information about some perks we were unaware of. When we came back from lunch, about an hour had passed, the men were all still sitting around the desk and the salesman stood up, handed me the keys, pointed to where the car was parked and sat back down with his friends. There was no delivery review of the vehicle. The car was pretty clean inside, outside they had run it though a car wash but not dried it off. There were frozen pellets all throughout the outside and the doors were all frozen shut. I would recommend the salesman, the dealership and overall happy but felt they had an opportunity to finish it up and get an outstanding review rather than an ordinary one. More
The purchase itself was fine. I knew which car I wanted so there was no need for them to convince me. The price on the other hand was not what I expected. They add a $1499 fee for things that you won’t need or ever use. But you only know that fee if you search for it. When comparing prices with other dealers, just be aware of this. Their price will be $1499 higher. If it wasn’t a bait and switch, the price would just include the $1499. You can’t convince me otherwise. More
