Fantastic service I went in just to take a look at their stock of new jeeps. We were welcomed by Les Saunders. Very patient while I was trying to pick which one I wanted to look into furthur. Finally decided on one that I liked. By far the best experience I ever had with a car dealer. Wanted to be sure we were happy with what we were getting. The dealership was very courteous and made sure we understood any extra charges that we may or may not want to add. Oil changes or extended warranty, ect. Will definitely return to this dealership for any services and refer any family or friends for an excellent buying experience just like I received. More

Upon checking in, they immediately notified me that my airbag needed replaced due to MFG defect. They replaced the airbag for me free of charge right after the techs finished with my oil change. As always, the maintenance team was extremely helpful. I needed a battery replaced in my remote so I went over to their parts department and bought a battery for $8 and they replaced it for me. Our sales rep even recognized us and came over to see how we were doing. They really go the extra mile for their customers. LOVE this dealership! More

This quickly got my attention and I went that afternoon to test drive the 2016 Grand Cherokee Laredo. I drove the old 2004 Grand Cherokee to the dealership as a trade-in. The quality, comfort, and drive of the new 2016 Grand Cherokee Laredo is quantum leaps better than the "Old" trusty 2004 Grand Cherokee. Lees Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep offered me a fair trade for my older Jeep, and then hooked me up with competitive financing and a deal was made! So congratulations Nathan on getting this consumer to buy his first new care in 18 years! By the way- Where is my backup camera? :-) More
