The only negative to our experience was our time with the finance guy, Christopher Smith. He was way too pushy, to the point of being disrespectful, in my opinion. I get that he had a job to do, which included advocating extra coverage, but I, personally, do not in any way appreciate having to repeatedly restate, justify, and almost argue our decision to decline extra coverage. I find this disrespectful and rude and it really disappoints and surprises me LS DCJ would be okay with this. More
