Waiting for Oil Change I had a 9:30AM Saturday (11/21/15) appointment to get the oil changed in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The service department was very busy when I arrived a I had a 9:30AM Saturday (11/21/15) appointment to get the oil changed in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The service department was very busy when I arrived at 9:15AM. There was no one to greet me in the service drive, as there usually is, so after several minutes of waiting, I left my keys in my Jeep to go check in. When I entered the service department area to check in, there were many other customers waiting around, but there was no "line" to wait in; everyone was just standing around. So I found an open spot to stand in to wait for my turn. I noticed that the service managers were very busy with paper work. Occasionally they would ask who is next, but I wasn't too concerned, as I had a 9:30AM appointment. I assumed my name would be called, because I had a 9:30AM appointment. While waiting, I see that my Jeep has now been driven off from the service drive; I assume by a service department employee, but I was never informed of anything. At about 9:35 I told one of the service managers I had a 9:30AM appointment. It is now 9:40AM and I'm still standing around waiting. I told one of the service managers again that I have a 9:30AM appointment, and that I have been waiting for 25 minutes. It is finally my turn to check in. Once I finally got checked in, my oil change service took less than an hour, and one of the service managers came to me in the customer lounge to bring me my keys and let me know my Jeep was ready. I had pre-paid, so I didn't have to pay anything. I very much appreciated him doing bringing me my keys. I writing this because there didn't seem to be much organization in the check-in process. There was no clear "line" to wait in, and the fact that I had an appointment didn't seem to matter during the check-in process. I hoping that process can be improved. More

Amazing I've been to dealerships where it seemed like the dealer didn't wanna waste their time with me or they didn't wanna work with me to get into a new veh I've been to dealerships where it seemed like the dealer didn't wanna waste their time with me or they didn't wanna work with me to get into a new vehicle. I've never had that issue at lees summit jeep. They have always gone the extra mile to get me in the vehicle I want. The dealer always has my best interest in mind, is patient with me, makes sure everything works out financially, and doesn't pressure me into buying something I don't want. I have purchased two vehicles through the same dealer and left very happy and confident in my purchase each time. I will definitely bring my business back to the same dealer in the future.
