Wanted More I wanted my salesperson to be more knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. I asked that the vehicle be cleaned and detailed. It was not. I asked if I c I wanted my salesperson to be more knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. I asked that the vehicle be cleaned and detailed. It was not. I asked if I could have a radio with Sirius capability installed. No one could answer me. I asked for a $200. deduction in the final price. The gentleman who made the final decision regarding my request would not even visit with me. By the way, I had a new radio installed and I cleaned the van. I hope you do better with your next customer. Take care. More

Happy with 2nd purchase Les Saunders came through for us again. We had a good experience last year buying a Jeep Wrangler so we went back to Les again for our most recent Jeep purchase. We started looking at a closer dealership to us, but were reminded again why we didn't buy our last Jeep from them! Les was attentive to our specific wants and stayed in frequent contact with us in the search for the right vehicle. He also prepared in advance as much as he could so our time at the dealership was minimal. We live 100 miles away, but will most certainly go back again when we are in the market for our next vehicle. Thank you Les and LSDCJ for making our JEEP buying experience a good one! More

What happened Went in for a check on my muffler. I get my car back my battery is dead. I have to have it jumped. Guy said oh I had the keys in the ignition. I fig Went in for a check on my muffler. I had to go to my second job so I had a friend pick me up. I had to end up replacing my battery for whatever they did to kill my battery. More

You continue to disappoint me. My husband went in to see about trading in my van. We've been having issues, he made an appointment to have it appraised to consider trading it in. Your sales guy low balled our trade in value. Which highly upsets me, we knew something was wrong with it. You told us the transmission was slipping. So he took it to a transmission shop to see if we should fix it vs trading it in for a BRAND NEW Journey. NOT the TRANSMISSION. And it's a $50 DIY fix. Unfortunately, this is not the firs t or even second time, your dealership has failed in the maintenance department for this van. More
