Negatives: Your car salesman did not ask us what we wanted. He assumed what we wanted, and maneuvered us to vehicles he felt would be suitable for people our age. We went there to buy a 2015 year-end model (a Trailhawk), and didn't realize we were negotiating on a 2016 model until we were signing the paperwork. If we had been asked what we wanted and if we could have selected some likely prospects from the dealer's inventory in their website when the Trailhawk model disappeared, we would not have felt maneuvered and ignored in the buying process. Instead he hurried us to a couple of cars he felt suitable, and said that if we wanted to bring in a car from another dealer's inventory, then LS Dodge would not be in the position to "deal" with us. I felt like our salesman was trying to hurry us into buying something, and then move us on out. More
