Poor Customer Service I went from being told that my basic service would take approx. 1 hour to a 2 hour event. In addition I didn't even get the entire service that I had I went from being told that my basic service would take approx. 1 hour to a 2 hour event. In addition I didn't even get the entire service that I had requested. In the process, I was exposed to too much attitude from my service writer Derrick. Eventually I turned my problem over to Mike Jones, who was able to step in and offer future solutions. The truth is, I would not be willing to come back if it was for the fact that I have purchased a pre-paid service contract along with an extended warranty. If there was another dealership conveniently located, I would have to consider a change. Hopefully with Mike Jones taking charge with my problem, we will be able to continue a working relationship. Just to be clear, my experience last week, was the worst ever at a dealership. More

Didn't really get the experience I was expecting, but I guess that's how it goes with some dealerships. They need to revise the paperwork process. I did appreciate their candor, but felt like they were using bait and switch tactics. They offer 3000 off wranglers to get you in the door, and then low ball you on your trade to offset the discount. Eventually I got what I wanted, but I don't know if it was the reason I was told or if it was the end of the month, and they really needed to sell something. More

I have talked to other in your service department a I always deal with Mike Moananu, Jim Sheets and most of the time Jesse in your service department. I have talked to other in your service department and all have professional. As far as buying a truck I always deal with Jim Sheets and Mike Moananu. Your dealership did not have the truck I wanted to purchase. Mike Moananu went above and beyond to get the truck I wanted transferred to your dealership for me to purchase from Lee's Summit. After it arrived Jim Sheets took over and showed me every thing about items on the truck plus had me watch a video. Rob finished up with the paper work as I request him to handle it. He was one step ahead of me in the process and even requested a refund on my service contract that I purchase on the other truck.Even your parts department has help me get parts mainly Dennis Hampton. More
