Our son had bought a car from them a few years back, and took us there to check it out. Darryl Hurtt was our salesman and it felt like we had known him for ever. He saw to it that everything was done to our satisfaction, and then some. He is good at what he does! Yeah. Then we worked with Robert Godard with the finances, and he was really good, too. Nice and friendly and good at what he does, also!! Then we chatted to Michael Moananu about how great Darryl was for us, and he was so very nice and kind and thoughtful, too. They agreed to the remote start but failed to tell us that the technology was not available for them to install it on our car. they have done nothing to resolve this! for two weeks they called us trying to sell us this car. In the four months since we have purchased we have not heard from them one time accept when we have called them. i spoke with the sales manager one time and he promised to call me back with a update over a month ago. have not heard from them. If it is not on the car from the factory i would not buy the car. If i would have known i would not have signed to purchase this vehicle. Disappointed in dealership not the Jeep! More
