Prior to visiting Lees Summit Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram, I considered car salesman to be sharks trying to devour people looking at cars. I have had several bad experiences with salesman, from buying a van from a well known dealership and the transmission "going out" exactly one week later,.... to a sales lady standing in front of my truck not allowing me to leave until I spoke with her. So I was hesitant with working anymore with auto sales people after those experiences. Les was the total opposite. He was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. We drove off the lot a hour after the store closed, and that didn't bother any of the staff that they were getting off work late because of us. My wife and I leave 1.50 hours away, and will definitely recommend our family and friends who are looking to buy a vehicle to contact Les. More
