Liz Fisher and Jimmy Sheets treated me very well and made sure I was very familiar with all the options of my new Jeep and the layout of the dealership. They showed me all around my new Jeep, pointing out everything I needed to know before I drove off in it. Prior to visiting Lees Summit Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram, I considered car salesman to be sharks Les was a very professional and honest man to work with. Prior to visiting Lees Summit Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram, I considered car salesman to be sharks trying to devour people looking at cars. I have had several bad experiences with salesman, from buying a van from a well known dealership and the transmission "going out" exactly one week later,.... to a sales lady standing in front of my truck not allowing me to leave until I spoke with her. So I was hesitant with working anymore with auto sales people after those experiences. Les was the total opposite. He was very friendly, helpful and not pushy. We drove off the lot a hour after the store closed, and that didn't bother any of the staff that they were getting off work late because of us. My wife and I leave 1.50 hours away, and will definitely recommend our family and friends who are looking to buy a vehicle to contact Les. More

1500 Dodge Ram Purchase Today was probably the worst and best day I have had owning a vehicle. Long story short my car died on my way home from work this morning. I called and set up an appointment with Chris Smith to see Les Saunders to look for a new vehicle. It was earlier than my wife and I had anticipated but Les and Chris made this trip as painless as it could be. Upon arriving at the dealership, Les greeted us with a warm smile and was very understanding of our situation. He made sure that Jen and I were comfortable and were able to pick out the vehicle that we wanted without feeling rushed. Les then worked with Chris to help finalize the deal with very few hiccups along the way. Les' Customer Service was Top Notch and never made us feel like we were just another Sale. When it was finally time to sign all the financial documents, Steve explained all the documents to us and allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed to make sure that we were getting exactly what we were told we were going to get. This dealership is probably the best that I have ever been to and when it is time to get another vehicle in the future will most definitely be receiving my business.
