They looked into the situation and found out at the time of my purchase there were some traveling promotional people there from Dodge. I was offered a rebate check from them that just got lost in the shuffle, wasn't communicated to the right people. But they did make it right, and i'm very grateful and appreciative of that. My salesman Tremanye Williams was very nice and helpful. Didn't try to pressure me into buying something, very patient and helpful. Overall experience after said and done was good. I would go back and definitely recommend Lee's Summit Dodge to others. It shows character that they reached out to me and made it right. That's A+ in my book. More
