We had looked online and knew that a Renegade was on sale. When we asked the sales guy how much he said around thirty. Then looked at the sticker and said 27,000. On line it said 21,000. We left without diving it. We went home and looked online for anther Renegade at a different dealer. We found it at Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We walked in and was greeted by very friendly people. Our sales guy was Les Saunders he was wonderful! I can't say enough nice things about him. First thing he asked us was what price were we comfortable with. He worked his magic to get us in our new vehicle! He stayed late that night working with us and came in on his day off the next day. He is the best sales guy we have ever had hands down! More

A very very happy customer I was very pleased with Mike Moananu's handling of my new purchase. Mike wasted no time and got me more than I could have ask for within a day and a half. When I came in and seen the truck he explained all the I paperwork as well as the in's and out's on the truck. The financial officer Daryl Posey made signing the parts a whiz....he kept me laughing which I needed. Les Saunders made sure the truck was cleaned and had the truck filled up! Online E-Store problem Ordered some Carpeted mats for my 2016 Town and Country, after 3 weeks I called the Parts dept. to find out a status only to find out they had no info Ordered some Carpeted mats for my 2016 Town and Country, after 3 weeks I called the Parts dept. to find out a status only to find out they had no information on any mats for me. I had an order number and confirmation and pre paid through PayPal. The parts department man ( don't remember his name was helpful and told me I could pick them up the next day. My question is, why have an E-Store if it does not work like it should., anyway got my mats. Next we needed to have a key fob made, I won't even tell you what I think of that very overpriced item, but we waited an hour an 10 minutes to get it done, then our car was pulled out front and no one called us back to the service desk, so I went in to check, our service adviser had went to lunch. That was Jesse ( we knew this as he told us to ask one of the others to help us if he was not back) , so I asked the first person I seen, and in a very rude manner he told us he would take care of us as soon as he finished what he was doing, ( actually he had just walked back inside from being on his cell phone )(his name was Gene) anyway we waited and another service adviser walked in and he was busy with a technician, but he did help us after he had finished with the Tech. I don't remember his name. We get all of our service work done here and have been a customer since 2006, I can tell you I have seen as noticeable drop in the last few years in regards to the people at least being friendly towards the customers, I am not saying all the service advisers are not friendly, but some are. I know they are busy, but some don't seem to like their jobs. My moto is" if you don't like your job you are in the wrong profession." More
Les Saunders is the best Sales Consultant EVER!!! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. I needed to test drive a manual transmission because I planned on ordering my truck but wanted to see how it I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. I came in with my online paperwork of the exact vehicle I wanted, with a determined price and idea of how I wanted this visit at the dealership to go, I went to the front desk with my husband and asked for any salesperson to assist. Here came Les Saunders. Without knowing anything about him, his immediate approach was kind, understanding, helpful and honest. He helped me test drive the one manual transmission vehicle in the lot, then helped me order my truck afterwards. He worked with me, understood where I was coming from on different ideas, and made the deal happen at the end of the day. I waited almost 8 weeks for my Abigail (Ram 3500 Mega cab) to come and to be honest, I couldn't be happier. I got EXACTLY what I wanted and it's all thanks to Les. I will absolutely recommend him in the future, and will keep coming back to this dealership because of him. "We aren't just acquaintances after a deal, we are family" he says, and he said it best. This man needs a raise for all his honesty, loyalty to the customer and overall understanding and compassion. There was absolutely nothing I regret about my purchase and the process that was involved. Car buying is so stressful anyways, having someone lighten the mood and to be as excited about your purchase as you are, what a fun time we had :) Nothing beats great customer service and Les Saunders was the prime example of that.
