Nate Dubose Helped Make It Fair and Easy I’ve lived KC area and been buying vehicles since 1983. This is the first vehicle I’ve bought from a KC area dealer since 2003. I usually find vehicles at least $2,000-$3,000 less expensive outside this market. I’ve gone to Detroit, Little Rock, Chicago, OKC, Springfield IL. I haven’t worked a trade-in since 1986 as buyers usually come up on the short end of those deals. Our sales consultant Nate Dubose was thorough and patient. Got us the best pricing, all eligible rebates, and helped negotiate another $1000 on our trade allowance. His associate, Mark Welch, jumped in to help search other dealers within a 500 miles radius for a truck that had the towing options we required. Randy Crowell gave us a not only fair, but generous trade in allowance. The team went to great lengths to find the truck we wanted and secured it from another dealership 250 miles away. Sales Director Jason Gordon was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Actually they all were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And I ran into Dean Blankenship, a top notch service advisor I have relied on in the past. He’s been working there 41 years. I’ll be asking for him when I come in for maintenance. My wife kept saying, “I really like him”, “I really like this place”, “that was easy”. More
