Our experience with Brian Lepic was outstanding. He felt confident enough in the Equinox brand to let its features and performance speak for themselves and to not 'hurry' our search, which took us to several other manufacturers' dealerships before we returned to McCarthy-Morse. He was very patient in orienting us to the Equinox and particularly attentive to the concerns expressed by my spouse regarding her needs, which she very much appreciated. She never felt patronized, or regarded as a third party in the selection or purchase process. From the opening conversation to the review of operational features prior to our driving off with the vehicle as our own, Brian was sincere, considerate, and professional in his interactions with us. He knew his product, respected his customers, and handled all aspects of the sale courteously and efficiently. I don't know what more you could ask for from a sales representative of any product. We certainly would suggest to any of our friends, neighbors, or family members that they contact Brian when they are considering purchasing a vehicle. I wouldn't rate the price of the vehicle as "great," but that is due to GM offering discount pricing to people in special categories that other customers don't fit. It rubs against my egalitarian sentiments. That obviously is not within Mr. Lepic's span of control. More
