The service rep was very unprofessional and to want to charge $111 dollars for a $26 cabin filter was ridiculous to add to the already $140 ,oil change and tire rotation plus when the tire rotation was do charge $111 dollars for a $26 cabin filter was ridiculous to add to the already $140 ,oil change and tire rotation plus when the tire rotation was done they didn't even add air to get to the recommended pressure so that makes me feel like it was a get in get out kind of visit.then the rep comes in and asks me if id like to redeem points to go towards my visit which he should have asked me before the service and before he angered me to where I didn't even want to be there for my service.
