Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your disappointment and understand your concerns regarding the condition of the tires on your vehicle. At McCluskey Chevrolet Buick GMC, we strive to provide a transparent and positive purchasing experience for every customer, whether they visit us in person or purchase remotely. We understand that buying a vehicle online requires a high level of trust, and we regret that your experience has not met your expectations. While our inspection process includes evaluating tire tread depth and overall vehicle condition, we recognize that there can be differing professional opinions regarding tire wear and serviceability. We appreciate you bringing the findings from Discount Tire to our attention and understand your concerns regarding the condition of the tires beyond tread depth alone. Our team has been reviewing the information provided and remains committed to addressing your concerns fairly. We encourage you to continue working directly with our management team so we can further discuss the situation and determine the best path forward. We value your business and the opportunity to serve you, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our processes and customer experience.
