It was a Sunday and no service centres were open, but we went to Stewart Subaru in Yakima and were treated with thee most stellar customer service. Despite the service centre being closed, salesmen James, Matt in the hat and Mark took it upon themselves to replace our tire with a brand new one at no cost. We shared some laughs and were on our way to see the once in a lifetime eclipse. Thank you so much for rallying a spare so we could succeed in our adventure, Stewart Subaru! More

Service Dept. needs better staff I purchased my vehicle from McCurley and had a great experience but since I live in Yakima I decided to take my 2017 Outback to be serviced at Stewart I purchased my vehicle from McCurley and had a great experience but since I live in Yakima I decided to take my 2017 Outback to be serviced at Stewart Subaru. Went in for an oil change and after a few days I noticed my car was leaking oil so I took the car back and The explanation I received was that my oil plug had two gaskets... ops our mistake... was basically what the guy said. The customer service is terrible! Will never return. Too bad it's the one Subaru service dept in town. More

Horrible mechanic's! Took my car in because it was leaking oil. They said it was baffle plate. They ended up replacing that. That was a 1,000 doller job. Car kept on leaking here I go again and take my car in with them, now its the oil pan and valve cover gasket. They replace that. On the way home my car starts acting up. I gave them a call they told me to take it back in. Now im just frustrated with them so I tell them no thank you. I took it to the dealer I purchased the car. 5 hr drive there. They tell me Stewart Subaru connected my turbo lines wrong thats why car wasnt running right. Now I take my car to a new mechanic for the same reason (oil leak). He finds oil leak right away. Takes my motor apart and finds medal shavings in there. So Stewart Subaru when they replaced my oil pan and valve cover gasket they put lots of silicon on gaskets. Silicon gets in the oil pump and plugs it and motor starves thats the reason for medal shavings in there. Stewart subaru says they dont use silicone on gasket. My gaskets are full with silicone. And oil pump is pluged. Now i need to buy a new motor thanks to them!! More

Not only did they make everything so easy we were in-and-out with our new vehicle under an hour! Unheard of! The sales people made the right amount of contact with us and seemed to really care without the high pressure tactics. Couldn't be happy enough with the transaction! Thanks to Stewart Subaru. More

Waste of Time I have bought a few cars now around Washington state. Compared to the Dealers' usual process of running numbers, this was the most suspicious and unco I have bought a few cars now around Washington state. Compared to the Dealers' usual process of running numbers, this was the most suspicious and uncomfortable. Sale rep was charismatic but pushy, using all the best sales tactics in the book. Stewart Subaru is so confident they can pull in a higher profit at the expense of their customers' ignorance that they wouldn't consider an acceptable offer from a serious buyer. I was ready to make a deal but they wouldn't budge. I was ready to offer a much higher down payment but I was never presented the opportunity. If they can actually sell this car at the price they named I will be impressed. I admire their tenacity. Most dealers know they need your business more than you need a car right that second. However, they seemed very sure they could get their outrageous asking pricing. Not all pricing factors were outlined clearly. They wanted a commitment before I was given all the information I asked for. Financing term, rate, and over vehicle price were not even revealed until after I begrudgingly laid down a few signatures. Keep telling me how nice the car is, it doesn't change my budget. I showed myself out. Even if I could afford their asking price, I would not do business with them in the future. With these tactics, they must be making bank! Power to you, Stewart Subaru. Keep on swindling. More
