First time going here as I bought my Acura rdx from Toyota in Irmo. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it even though I showed them video of lights on dash flashing etc while car wasn’t on. I dealt with Vincent at this dealership and all the problems were solved and it was ready before said date. He and others were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate it so much and will be returning for my oil changes and anything else that may occur. When I’m ready to trade I’ll be shopping here for my next vehicle. Thanks again McDaniels Acura !! The service department over booked their oil change (service) appointments for the day we were there. They obviously were counting on "no shows" which did not happen.
