Owen was my sales rep. He was a nice person, however some statements were offensive. Also, before running my credit score he kept asking, “are you sure it’s good enough to pass?” I understand people exaggerate their situation or financial ability, however even if you’re skeptical keep those comments to yourself. I almost didn’t buy. Additionally, he told me my trade in car was worth $15k, but they offered me less. Yes, I took it because he said it was late and they didn’t have time to go back and review (it really was late). I should have left and came back when they had time, but the pressure made me follow through. Also, he peeled my price tag off my new car and it left residue on my window that hasn’t come off. Other than these issues, he was nice, I guess. Or maybe I can just tell the sale was very important to him. I love my car, but wish the sale service matched the luxury brand. More

The staff was great the day I purchased the car. I still needed help with them getting the title to the dmv before my temporary tags expire. She was extremely rude and even put me on hold while I was in mid sentence. I expected higher standards for help on the back end, especially given the luxury lines this company sells. More
