Our first visit was to get an idea of what our options where since my wife's 2013 A4 was coming off lease. David Robbins was very helpful with explaining our options. We test drove A3 and A4. Dave and Steve Prescott provided pricing and financing options. We decided the next day on the A4. The process started on Tuesday and we took delivery on Saturday. Very easy to deal with. I would buy another auto with this dealership. This will be our sixth Audi and we are loyal Audi people😎 More

Service Department is Awful!! I have been working with these guys since May of 2015 to replace my in dash in my 2012 Audi A6 after 3 repairs the in dash is still not fix. I thought I have been working with these guys since May of 2015 to replace my in dash in my 2012 Audi A6 after 3 repairs the in dash is still not fix. I thought a full service inspection meant they were checking everything. I found out they only inspect your tires, check your oil, etc the basics. This is BS my oil light was coming on since May of 2015, Here it comes Feb 2016, They are telling me my fuel pump is leaking fuel into my oil....REALLY,How am I suppose to know it just started if you guys have worked on my car, did a full inspection and missed that. These guys are horrible!!Jim in the service department lacks human skills. More

They know it and as such put forth only the effort necessary. Every time i've brought my vehicle in (Which I purchased less than 12 months ago from them) it's been an ordeal. So much to the fact that after electrical problems, I was asked to wait three weeks before a loaner vehicle was available. I Own multiple Audi vehicles and have had fantastic service in D.C. and San Francisco, Mc Daniels is really the worst of the worst in representing the brand. More

I experienced awful customer service at Rick Hendrick so I drove down to McDaniel's Audi and they blew me away with everything they did for me. I was stuck in a lease that I was not happy with that no other dealerships wanted to help me with so when I went to McDaniels Audi I worked with a Salesperson names Michael Harrison and he was wonderful and did everything I needed. He was able to get me out of my lease into a brand new Audi with similar payments. I will definitley be back to this dealership in the future, they earned 5 stars in my book!!!!! Excellent customer service, friendly salesperson (no pressure), great finance staff, a wonderful experience! More
