I also want to clarify that your vehicle is a GMC, and the repair concerns you referenced were tied to a third-party service contract. I understand all of the variables. It was not even sent to warranty till a month. Talked with warranty when I was told it wasn’t going to be cover but it was. Warranty informed me the ticket had just been opened. The attitude your employees have need to be fixed. When I went up there no one knows what’s going on. It’s a circus and everyone there is a clown.
